is a Fulbright Scholar graduated from Colorado State University, USA, in Civil Engineering with Water Resource Management and Hydrology specialization. She has worked with national and international organizations in Afghanistan for verity of water projects.
Since 2014, Sediqa has been working as a researcher with Avicenna University in Kabul. She has been the Principle Investigator and grant recipient of Partnerships for Enhanced Engagement in Research (PEER), a USAID funded and U.S National Academy of Science Administrated program. Her research interest areas are climate change, water resources management, and Afghanistan’s trans boundary’s water.
